I have a few ideas for a new post, but I don’t feel like making a long draft. Hahaha. So let’s just settle with another currently post, okay?

Last book I read: The Illustrated Sourcebook of Signs & Symbols by Mark O’Connell and Raje Airey. One of the books I get from Big Bad Wolf this year. It covers the signs and symbols from different civilizations. The last part of the book was this huge index of symbols. I’ve always like to use small fonts on computer, but turns out reading it on prints could hurt your eyes. So yeah, this book hurts my eyes because they’re using such small and thin font.

Last movie I watched: To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. The trailer was interesting because the main female character is Asian. And then after it was released on Netflix, I’ve seen bunch of headlines raving about it. I like rom-com, so I watched it last night, while munching on Pocky and yoghurt, and it was cute! Also, you might also want to see Set It Up (another rom-com movie from Netflix) starring the cutest Zoey Deutch and Lucy Liu!

Currently reading: King’s Cage by Victoria Aveyard. I’m just going to talk about it in another post.

Currently been listening to: Twenty One Pilots’ new songs Jumpsuit and Nico And The Niners. And this podcast called Mythunderstood. I’ve only listened to Serial podcast, but after season 1, I haven’t continue listening to season 2 which talks about a different case. And a few days ago at work I open Spotify, not knowing what songs or playlist to play, so I explore the podcast section and the title got me hooked. I’ve always love mythology, and it’s funny! You can listen to it here. I’ve just got on episode 7!

Currently watching: Ugh haven’t decided which TV shows I’m going to watch first. Probably something funny.

Current favorite font: I don’t understand why the fonts won’t installed to Words on the iMac I used at work, so I’ve been using Helvetica again. Not that I mind.

And oh, did I ever mention here that I have another cat? Well, I have a black cat, which is Luna’s son. He’s a spoiled little fluff. Meet my second son, Loki. And here’s a photo of Luna as well, because I am a fair mother of cats who doesn’t waste any given chance to post pictures of my two sons. I’ll try to make another post soon.

Seperti yang udah saya ceritain dikit di postingan sebelumnya, iseng ikutan kuis dan menang. Kuisnya gampang aja sih, cuma posting foto ke Instagram disertai hashtag, mention, dan nggak lupa follow akunnya Fancy Feast Indonesia. Posting fotonya juga bisa sebanyak-banyaknya deh kalau nggak salah. Kebetulan, saya punya banyak stok fotonya Luna. Huahaha. Tapi ternyata baru juga posting satu foto, eh udah di-DM dan dimintain data diri karena menang. Rejeki kucing gembul, emang.

Ternyata hadiahnya lumayan lama sampainya, sekitar sebulan setelah dikasih tau. Saya sih maklum, karena pasti ada prosedur yang harus dilalui, jadi kalem aja... Sempet baca di komennya, katanya periode giveaway ini sampai Oktober. Jadi kalau ada yang baca postingan ini dan pengen dapet makanan untuk kucingnya, bisa coba ikutan. Playtime at Cutie Cats Cafe

Been wanting to make this post and another English post... And I just learned that today, August 8 is actually International Cat Day?? Which only makes it even more perfect for the occasion. Haha. So my friend Ochi and I both like cats. Our friends Ira and Kak Adel... not so much. They’re not afraid of them, but they’re also not that really fond of them. So I was a bit surprised that they want to come along. It was my first visit and having a cat of my own really turned me into a cat lady (I mean, DUH...). We went there after work and just reserved our spot for an hour playtime with the cats. Honestly, they’re all adorable and their fur is clean and fluffy. Except maybe for the one Maine Coon in the cage. I forgot to ask what’s wrong with him/her, but I presume that one is sick. And there was one gorgeous Bengal who won’t come down from that cat highway thing and just took a nap there. 

 

There was a situation around my bag. Luna peed on it once and make me have to wash it twice. Twice! I like to think that it’s all clean, but I guess male cat’s urine have really strong scent that still lingers for a bit. So this one female cat sniffs it, won’t stop sniffing, and won’t even let her friends approach the bag closer. Which make me feel weirdly flattered...

  Technically, it’s a cafe so they have a lot of options for drinks and cakes. And you can buy snacks for the cat, as well. A lot of the cats were busy taking a nap. It was disappointing for my friend, but I know their sleeping schedule. It was still fun and definitely have that therapeutic effect, at least on me. It was located at Kemang, across Food Garden. So after the visit, we decided to have dinner there. Kak Adel had to leave first so Ira have to endure all the conversations me and Ochi had about cats. Like, we would take about other things, but then I would mention the cat again and we would take about those damn cute cats again. Hehehehe. I will leave you with the happy expression I had while I was there, captured by Ochi and Ira.
